Original glazed ceramic sculpture in the Japanese RAKU technique. Entitled "Calisto I".

Raku, an abbreviation of the Japanese term raku-yaki 楽焼, is the result of a glazing technique developed in Japanese ceramics in the 16th century. A more solid chamotte stoneware is used because the pieces have to withstand large temperature variations.

This elegant piece (H 65x10x10 cm) is an original and unique creation by Ossabb.
